Hari Raya Celebration

My family and I always celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri at my mom's village every year which is situated at Tokai,Alor Setar,Kedah.It is because i don't have grandparents on my dad's side.So,we would start the day by gathering with relatives at my grandparent’s house.
I went back to my grandparent's house a week before Hari Raya.I went back alone because my father and mother still working.I decided to go back early because to help my aunty and uncle to sell scarves at Pasar Kemboja.Pasar Kemboja is a market which is full of seller that comes from cambodian people that stay in Malaysia to sell clothes,carpet, raya accessory and other with the cheapest price.So everyone will not miss the chance to shop there.

Alhamdulillah.The sale went well.So we went back home at 4 a.m. It is very tiring but i have a lot of fun since i can get money pocket on my own and be able to communicate with different people.So it is preparation for me before into the university life which is i have to find new friends.
On my first day hari raya,i woke up early and get ready to perform Subuh prayer.After that ,i was getting to wear my new baju kurung and went to the mosque for Hari Raya Prayers.
The adults cooked various food such as rendah,ketupat,cakes and many more.After fasting for 30 days,it is time for me to enjoy all kind of food.
Then,all of my family members will gathered in living room to ask apologize to each other.And also it is the time to get Hari Raya money from the eldest family members.
Hari Raya is my highlight of the year.
A day that the whole family gathered at one place to celebrate "victory after fasting in Ramadhan" together. :')
